Successful candidates will gain an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a supervisor as well as techniques for training and assessing staff. Trainees on this programme also develop their skills in delivering projects, staff welfare and operational supervision.
This programme is delivered through a blended learning approach with 6 direct contact online sessions between trainer and students supported by eLearning Modules. The direct contact online training is delivered over ZOOM and attendance at all sessions is compulsory. The eLearning modules are completed by students in advance of each online session. This course blended delivery allows the participants the correct amount of time to complete the required self-directed aspect of the programme and suits participants who have to balance study with busy family and work commitments.
